After three months of setbacks, construction issues, snafus, and headaches, Rogues Gallery Comics finally opened on June 1, 2005 with the help of 38 patient, generous, and tireless friends.(Thank you all -- you guys are truly our superheroes.)
Although we may not be the biggest comic shop in town, we are hands down the most diverse. The idea was (and is) to provide not only a place to buy your comics (and myriad other merchandise from the family of geek media), but also to provide a place to enjoy them. We wanted Rogues Gallery to scream community. Judging by our first few months open, we have achieved our prime objective in spades. At any given time, there's bound to be at least one patron sitting at the counter (usually engaged in a lively debate about who could take whom in a super-battle), and another few geeks upstairs playing clix or RPGing, perusing their purchases, or surfing the net.
Since opening Rogues, our circle of friends has grown exponentially. We truly consider all of our customers to be friends, and we want you all to know that we appreciate and adore every last one of you.
